If I forgot my iTrax account password, how can I login?
How can I update or change information on my iTrax profile?
How can I see a listing of all of my previous downloads?

Q: If I forgot my iTrax Account password, how can I login?

A: If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by doing the following:

  1. Click on the "Login" button in the upper right hand corner of any page.
  2. Click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your iTrax music profile and click "Submit." You will receive an email with your password.
If you have a spam filter or bulk mail folder, check there for an email from iTrax regarding your password.

Q: How can I update or change information on my iTrax profile?

A: Login to iTrax and go to the "My Profile" page. Make any changes to your information and click "Update".

Q: How can I see a listing of all of my previous downloads?

A: Log in to iTrax and go to the "My Profile" page. Click on the "Download History" tab to see a record of all of
downloaded iTrax content.
